Geierwand – Palfrader (VII- 300m)
The 250-meter-high Geierwand is split by a striking ravine, and the Palfrader route gracefully traverses it.
With its southern exposure and moderate summit height, the route remains favorable even in colder seasons or average weather conditions. The seven pitches, featuring a sixth degree of difficulty, demand technical and skillful climbing.
Regarded as an ‘insider tip’, particularly among local climbers, the Palfrader route boasts beauty comparable to many renowned Dolomite classics.
