Covid-19 Security Measures in the Mountains
Of course, we do our best to comply with the security measures as much as possible so that everything remains under control. We have developed the following safety standards so that tours with our mountain and hiking guides can be carried out safely.
Book Carefree: We waive the down payment until further notice. If arrival is not possible due to COVID-19, the tour can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before.
Safe on the Mountain: There always must be a minimum distance of 2 meters between people. Where this is not possible, a mask must be worn.
Group Tours: The tours take place in small groups, that means climbing tours with max. 2 people + mountain guide, via ferrata tours with up to 6 people, and guided hikes with up to 10-12 people per group
Transfers: For environmental reasons, we continue to offer transfers through our mountain guides. Of course, the prerequisite is wearing mouth and nose protection.
Hygiene Measures: We recommend using thin gloves on via ferratas to avoid direct contact with the wire ropes. In addition, everyone should carry a disinfection gel with at least 70% alcohol.
Office: In our office, max. 5-6 people (1/10) are allowed. Entry and exit with one-way system. To avoid waiting times and queues in the office, we recommend booking the tours via email or phone.
