Program Suggestion
Day 1: Tour Essener-Rostocker-Hut and short acclimatisation-tour
Day 2: Up the Großen Geiger to the Kürsinger Hut
Day 3: Up the Großvenediger – departure via the Schlatenkees to the Matreier Tauernhaus Hut
Day 4: Via the Amertaler Höhe and the Sonnblick to the Rudolfs Hut
Day 5: Up the Granatspitze and through the Dorfertal to Kals – drive to the Lucknerhaus – ascent to the Stüdl Hut
Day 6: Ascent of the Großglockner, the highest mountain in Austria – return to the Pusteria Valley
